The number of economically disadvantaged children is again projected to be up from the previous year (approximately 9%). The economic turndown of the last three years has been especially difficult for this group of families. In the past we have ordered more than $52,000 worth of supplies to meet these needs, but the need is actually more like $100,000. It is more important than ever that we can count on your support to continue the "Dane County" School Supplies for Kids program.
